ORDERS

MAISON BĒDARD collections — including footwear, wellness products, and curated objects— are currently being sold and shipped in the United States and in Canada. All transactions are processed in CAD.



PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock of an item or a size. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.

SALES TAX

The customer agrees to pay MAISON BĒDARD the taxes payable in respect to all items included in his/her order. This includes duty charges.

SHIPPING FEES & TIMES

Within Canada

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (or as otherwise specified) following your purchase with tracking and delivery confirmation.

We offer free express shipping and returns anywhere across Canada on orders over $149. All other orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $10.

International Orders

At this time, please send us an email at sales@maisonbedard.com if you would like to purchase items from this site. We will gladly provide you with an estimate of appropriate shipping costs.

Track your package


You can follow your package by using the tracking number provided in the email we send to you once your package leaves our warehouse.

Exchanges within Canada

At this time, if you would like to exchange a regular priced item, please return the original item(s) if you need a different size or if the item you received is damaged within 14 days of reception.

To exchange your item(s), contact us so we can provide a return label.

Once your item(s) has been received and processed at our warehouse, your new item(s) will be shipped.

Please note: exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns & refunds within Canada

To be eligible for a return on regular priced items, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date received.

Please note that shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags provided until you are certain you are keeping them.

To return your item(s), contact us so we can provide a pre-paid return label to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse.

Please pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging, including the dust bag.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse and credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of reception of your item(s).

International exchanges, returns & refunds

To return your item(s), please pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging, including the dust bag and mail it back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier service. Note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse and credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of reception of your item(s).

Be aware that international custom duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of Canada.

Sales items

Any item marked ON SALE is NOT eligible for a full refund and can only be returned for exchange or store credit in certain cases.

Please note that BOXING DAY sales are FINAL. No exchange or returns are accepted.

MAISON BĒDARD does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

Limitation of liability

MAISON BĒDARD may in no case be held liable for any damage related directly or indirectly to the use of MAISONBEDARD.COM or its products.

In the event that MAISON BĒDARD is found to be liable to you, this liability will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the returned goods.

MAISON BĒDARD may provide you with links and references to other sites, but is not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.
